Shandong Tongde Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of various pressure vessels, covering an area of 16000 square meters. The company has a development history of 20 years. The company currently has 123 employees, including 15 engineering and technical personnel (2 with senior professional titles and 6 with intermediate professional titles). We have over 100 production equipment, including 3 submerged arc automatic welding machines, 10 gas shielded welding machines, 2 plate rolling machines (with a maximum plate rolling capacity of 40mm), 1 CNC cutting machine, 1 automatic steel billet polishing machine for glass lining equipment, and 3 glass lining furnaces with multiple patents. Our processing capacity has increased from 500000 to 30000 cubic liters. Two stainless steel polishing equipment and one set of stainless steel pickling and passivation equipment. Provided a resource foundation for the company's development in terms of production site, personnel, and production equipment.
In order to ensure product quality, the company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system, with 3 inspectors, 3 non-destructive testing personnel, and 12 items. It also has RT, UT, PT, and MT non-destructive testing equipment, and enamel testing instruments that can test all required testing items in industry standards. The thickness and other indicators of the enamel porcelain layer strictly follow industry standards, and different porcelain glazes can be recommended according to the customer's medium conditions. For situations with strict requirements, we adopt a fully polished production process on the surface of the glass lined steel billet, which can greatly prolong the service life of the glass lined equipment and reduce the occurrence of material wall hanging. Stainless steel equipment production, strict production process control, avoiding iron ion pollution, can perform various types of polishing up to mirror polishing according to customer needs.
