Thin film evaporators have excellent performance, such as high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short over flow time, and high operational flexibility. They are particularly suitable for evaporation concentration, degassing, and distillation purification of heat sensitive and high viscosity materials. It can be used as a separate set of single distillation equipment, or as a heater for distillation towers, gas stripping towers, and other systems.
