Glass lined equipment is made by firing at a high temperature of around 900 ℃ to make corrosion-resistant glass material tightly adhere to the metal surface. It has good corrosion resistance, smooth surface, wear resistance, and certain thermal stability, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, metallurgical rubber, and petroleum.
Corrosion resistance: It can withstand the corrosion of various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, and weak alkalis (except for hydrofluoric acid containing fluorine ions, concentrated phosphorus and strong alkalis with a temperature greater than 150 ℃), and is superior to stainless steel. It is a commonly used corrosion-resistant material in chemical production.
