2. Lifting: During lifting, wire ropes must be hung at designated locations (such as jacket connections, tank ears, etc.). The lifting ring on the tank cover is only used for lifting the tank cover. It should not collide with any objects and should be lifted and placed gently.
3. Pre assembly inspection: Before assembly, inspectors should wear clean soft soled rubber shoes and enter the container to check for any abnormalities in the enamel layer.

Slowly rotate the mixing shaft until it runs smoothly and without any abnormalities. Only then can the motor button be turned on again until it runs normally (this period should not be too long).
7. Selection of gaskets: The selection must be based on the type, concentration, and temperature of the medium. The properties and usage methods of the gaskets themselves should be suitable for the process requirements. 8. Welding: a. It is strictly prohibited to weld on the surface of the outer wall of the enamel glass jar.
b. When welding pipes, tank ears, and tank seats on the jacket, electric welding should be used and cooling measures should be taken. Gas welding is absolutely not allowed.
c. When welding near the space of the enamel layer, the surface, tank mouth, and pipe mouth of the enamel layer should be tightly covered to avoid welding slag splashing and damaging the enamel surface.
