How to install the mechanical seal of the enamel glass reactor?

The steps for installing a mechanical seal on an enamel reactor are as follows:
(1) Firstly, check the quality of the mechanical seal (whether there are scratches or other marks on the end faces of the dynamic and static rings).
(2) Use a clean soft cloth to wipe off the O-ring of the moving ring and foreign objects on the surface of the moving and stationary rings, and apply a small amount of lubricating oil on the surface according to the requirements of the medium in the tank.
(3) Recheck the levelness of the mechanical seal static ring and the verticality of the mixing shaft sealing section with a spirit level and a micrometer, and correct them to the specified requirements.
(4) Install and fix the mechanical seal base and fixing ring, and adjust the hexagonal set screw inside the fixing ring on the mixing shaft to evenly force the spring of the mechanical seal, ensuring that the dynamic and static ring end faces of the mechanical seal are tightly combined and ready for final assembly and commissioning.
(5) If a balance tank is installed on the rack as required, connect the sealing fluid inlet and outlet to the mechanical seal pipeline, connect the nitrogen cylinder, pressure reducer, and balance tank pipeline. After the static pressure test meets the requirements, connect the water jacket and cool the water until the entire machine is tested.
(6) When the temperature of the medium in the glass lined reaction tank is below 80 ℃, oil should be added to the cooling tank for cooling. The type of oil added should not affect the quality of the materials in the tank. Generally, it should have a high heat of vaporization, be clean without any impurities, and have good lubrication function. When the medium temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the bottom cooling water jacket and cooling tank are cooled by circulating water.
