How to disassemble and assemble a glass lined reactor?

Many times, our enamel reactor manufacturers choose to expand their factories or change their locations due to business expansion, and some equipment has not been purchased for long. Is it a pity to just throw it away like this? Of course it's a pity, and if the equipment is damaged due to an accidental situation, it's even more frustrating. Therefore, when disassembling and assembling our manufacturer's enamel reactor, we also need to pay attention to some details.

The glass lining of our enamel reactor (commonly referred to as the enamel layer), although it has achieved certain impact resistance through special enamel firing processes, is still a brittle material. Hard objects are prone to damage when touched, so we should take active and effective protective measures during the dismantling, transportation, and installation of equipment to ensure that the quality of enamel equipment is not damaged. 
1. Firstly, our enamel reactor needs to be reinforced before dismantling, with the most important being the reinforcement of the glass lined agitator, which requires construction personnel to enter the interior of the enamel reactor to complete.
When entering the reactor, make sure there are no hard objects on your body and you must wear clean rubber shoes. It is generally recommended to use round or square wood to cross and fix the mixing shaft of the glass lined mixer firmly. 
2. Dismantling of supporting components of the enamel glass reactor: Before dismantling the supporting components of the equipment, it is recommended to clean the entire surface of the equipment, and then carefully dismantle the connected enamel glass pipes and other accessories one by one, and place them in a wide and safe place. During the dismantling process, it is most likely to cause collision damage to the edges of the pipe fittings, so it is important to be careful.
